The "He Cailin Scholarship" also totals 500,000 yuan, with 50,000 yuan distributed annually over 10 years, funded by a special charity fund previously established by Xuelong Group at the Xiapu branch of the Beilun Charity Association. Chairman He Cailin places great importance on education, having worked as a teacher for 12 years and served as a school principal, demonstrating a strong passion for education. In 2017, he donated 5 million yuan to the Education Foundation of Zhejiang Normal University. Additionally, the chairman and the company have established scholarships for outstanding students and assistance funds in several schools in Guizhou, continuously supporting local impoverished students.
