"A little bit of hand sanitizer, please!" Just after 11 o'clock, groups of employees arrived at the entrance of the staff canteen, all wearing masks and maintaining a certain distance. After using the hand sanitizer to clean their hands, they entered the canteen in turn to have their meals. To avoid cross-infection, the company strictly implements a meal separation system, with one person per table, dining at designated times, and rice and soup distributed uniformly by canteen staff.

To combat the pandemic, before resuming work, the company carefully investigated employees' recent travel history and health status, procured epidemic prevention supplies, and formulated detailed prevention measures. To quickly resume production, the company promptly submitted resumption materials as required by relevant district departments, applied on February 10, and resumed work on February 11. Due to some frontline production employees still being out of town and unable to return to work, the company adjusted its production plan based on order conditions to strive for a quick increase in product output to meet customer demand.
During the resumption process, the company established a leading group for epidemic prevention and control, fully responsible for the company's epidemic prevention work, with General Manager He Pinyan serving as the group leader, and the General Office coordinating the implementation of various prevention measures.
The company's daily epidemic prevention work covers multiple aspects, including strengthening health monitoring for employees returning to work, environmental disinfection, etc. All employees are divided into four groups to conduct temperature measurement and registration twice a day (at 8:00 and 15:30), while also managing the distribution and collection of masks. Collected masks are centrally placed in the hazardous waste bin at the west gate.
Additionally, the company disinfects twice daily, covering the entire factory area, with a focus on workshops, lobbies, meeting rooms, elevators, staircases, restrooms, and the canteen, ensuring thorough cleaning and disinfection to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and ensure indoor air circulation.

At the same time, the company requires employees taking the shuttle bus to wear masks throughout the journey, and the bus driver is responsible for disinfecting the bus. Furthermore, the company has also strengthened epidemic prevention publicity, actively mobilizing and raising employees' awareness of epidemic prevention, ensuring that everyone is a force for prevention and control, and everyone is a key player in resuming work, working together to overcome the pandemic as soon as possible!
